We encourage our customers to tour our warehouse at any time and we also encourage you to ask yourself how much you know about the food safety measures taken by your current vendor. Here are some serious questions to which you deserve answers:
  · Do they have a documented HACCP policy? How extensive is it?
  · Are they audited by an independently and internationally recognized third party,
or by some unknown company with unknown standards?
  · How often are they audited?
  · Will they share the results of the most current audit with you?
  · How much risk are you willing to take with your chain of supply?
